In 2003, just as the Turkish property market was beginning to attract global attention, a new independent Dalyan estate agency was born.
Set up as a British and Turkish partnership our aim is to market Turkish property to British buyers in an honest and professional way, linking international standards of service with a Turkish sense of hospitality and to enhance our services with a new property management service and a Bespoke New Build service, based on Honesty, Integrity and professionalism.
Since January 2006 Utopia has been under new ownership. The British owners have a long affiliation with Dalyan. Alan is a familiar face around Dalyan, an experienced property developer from Buckinghamshire who has put down firm roots in his new home town and claims that moving to Dalyan was the best thing he ever did.
Andy, whose background is in finance and is a qualified accountant and mortgage consultant, has been a frequent visitor to the area over the last 10 years and has built his own Dalyan villa.
Our manager is Huseyin Aynaci. Originally from Afyon in western Turkey, he has lived in Dalyan for many years, speaks excellent English – he’s registered as an official translator and an experienced project manager who has an extensive knowledge of conveyancing and building rules and regulations plus a wealth of experience in customer service. He is also a qualified and registered Estate Agent. Huseyin is a respected figure in Dalyan and very much a family man with his wife and 1 year old son.
Utopia is fast becoming one of the most successful estate agencies in Dalyan with numerous satisfied customers built on an excellent reputation.
