With their clean lines and modern kitchens, these new villas are European in concept. The vendor’s daughter, a US-based architect, had a hand in their design and while the insulated plaster walls are reminiscent of a UK build, there are also some uniquely Turkish touches.

   Upstairs, are three good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is triple aspect and has a balcony and en suite shower room. Bedroom two also has an en suite; the lay-out of the first floor could be changed to provide a family shower room if required
   There are a number of attractive features: double-glazed wood sash windows with mosquito nets, wood shutters, solid wood doors and staircase, fitted wardrobes, tiled floors,  mosaic-tiled shower rooms, air conditioning in the living room, and solar-powered hot water.
   A 50 metre swimming pool will be installed this winter for the use of all the villas and the garden will be landscaped with shrubs and grass.
