Some of the best holiday apartments in Dalyan have just become available for private ownership. Overlooking      designated green space but only five minutes’ walk from the village centre, these spacious apartments are fully  managed, legally lettable and keenly priced.

   Built in mid 1990s, the apartments have been run as a successful holiday villa business since 2000. There are four in total, each with its own deed and a quarter share of the 470 sq m plot. The ground floor apartments (A and B) measure 73 and 67 sq m respectively and consist of living room, fitted kitchen-diner, two double bedrooms, shower room/WC and balcony. The two first floor apartments are the same but each has an extra loft apartment; apartment C has a 1-bed loft and measures 115 sq m, while apartment D has a 2-bed loft and measures 127 sq m. All sleep up to six, apartment D sleeps up to eight. 

   All apartments have air conditioning and solar-powered hot water, and are equipped for immediate occupation with beds and furnishings, fridges, hobs, linen and utensils. Outside is a low maintenance garden with furniture, hammocks and BBQ, plus communal swimming pool.

   These apartments are an excellent option if you’re looking for an easy-care holiday let as they are licensed through a Turkish company which will market your home, take reservations and look after your clients for 20% of the rental price. They currently let from £275-375 a week. Management is available for £500 per annum and this includes cleaning, bill payments, garden and pool maintenance, and the services of an English-speaking host.
