This property is currently being constructed by Utopia. The property is located off of the beach road in a very quiet area and ideally situated for nature lovers with the surrounding fields and marshland teeming with birdlife . The property is situated in grounds of 7,500m2 and the property size is 250m2.
The clients specification was for a style based on the ottoman house design and the landscaping and house construction & design was to be as sympathetic to the surrounding environment as possible.
Taking environmental concerns in to consideration the landscaping includes a large wildlife pond approx 1000m2 in size and the garden lighting has been designed to provide minimal light pollution. The swimming pool also has a chemical free, saline based filtration system as well.
